The market continues to look a bit more stable...however prices continue to decline but are hopefully near bottom.  There is still a large inventory of available properties  for buyers to choose from.  The good news is that right priced properties are still selling.  In these times it is important to price aggressively and be prepared to negotiate.

It appears we may be in for a buyers market for awhile.  I have sold real estate in down markets in the past and during these uncertain times it can be hard to decide what to do with your property.  If you are considering selling please give me a call.  Education and experience are very helpful during buyers markets.  Property will continue to sell, although not as quickly as it has in the past five years or so.  I have just completed a certification course in Distressed Property.  In these times if you or someone you know is trying to sell SHORT, please call me I CAN HELP……

On the selling side, the good news is people will still want to invest in Real Estate.  However, much as it was when I began my Real Estate career in the early 90’s, properties will take longer to sell and must be priced aggressively and show well.  Waiting for the best price is not always the best option in this type of market.  The next offer may be lower and you will have the cost of carrying the property until the next offer comes.
